• Cancelation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel or modify your reservation, we require notification no later than 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a charge for your first night’s room cost plus tax. A valid credit/debit card and matching valid picture ID is required at check in. Personal checks are not accepted. To hold your reservation, we will guarantee your room with the form of payment you provide during the reservation process.

• Trailer parking is available at the rear of the building.
• No smoking in the Rooms. Smoking is allowed in the Grass Area.
